Editor: We will be providing you with a series of articles on the all important working dog. We will also provide you with links to reputable breeders to help you locate the dog of your choice. In this day and age, with the number of goats that are being stolen, attacked by packs of dogs, etc, it is an important issue for you to consider. Before you have to realize by hind sight what the value of owing a working dog is. I addition, there are those working dogs who can help keep the herd together and bring them in when you need them, among other abilities. First off, we will show you pictures of the different breeds that we know are avialable within the US and Canada. Then we will provide you with an overall history of working dogs, and finally, we will highlight one of the working dog breeds and their history. We will continue to do so in each newletter until we finally cover all the available breeds. |
